Raffi heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of TANCINCO & MANGCO. His practice primarily involves litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, intellectual property, labor, and immigration matters.Raffi is also a licensed real estate broker. Raffi started his legal practice as an Associate of Esguerra & Blanco Law Offices in 2013. He accepted a position with the litigation department of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) in 2015, and later joined Puno & Puno Law Offices, handling litigation and dispute settlement matters until 2016. Raffi received his bachelor’s degree in Management, major in Legal Management, with a minor in Literature from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2008, and his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 2012. He was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2013 and established the firm in 2019. Apart from his professional practice, Raffi is a PADI Certified Open Water Diver and an avid golfer.
Caloy heads the Labor and Esports Department of TANCINCO & MANGCO. His practice primarily involves civil and criminal litigation, family law, energy (both captive and contestable markets), and cases requiring dispute resolution before the judiciary, executive agencies, and legislative committees. As the head of the firm’s Esports Department, Caloy specializes in matters involving online gaming, and provides legal advice and services to national associations, professional teams, players, tournament organizers, and other stakeholders in the Esports industry. His unique perspective comes from being a former Mineski Defense of the Ancients (DotA) player and a pioneer in the gaming industry. Prior to establishing TANCINCO & MANGCO in 2019, Caloy was a Senior Associate at Fortun Narvasa & Salazar, where he worked from 2014 until 2018. Caloy received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Literature, from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2007, and his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 2013. Joni heads TANCINCO & MANGCO’s Tax, Corporate and Commercial Law practice. She specializes in corporate structuring, taxation, and special projects in relation to intellectual property, public private partnerships, and energy law, as well as assists with litigation and arbitration. Joni received her bachelor’s degree in Management, major in Legal Management from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2008, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2012. She was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2013 and joined the firm in 2019. She began her legal practice as an Associate of Baniqued & Baniqued Law Offices from 2013 to 2015, before joining SYMECS Law as a Senior Associate from 2015 to 2019. She joined TANCINCO & MANGCO as a Partner in 2019. Apart from practicing law, Joni has taught Commercial Law and Taxation at the UP College of Law, and continues to teach as a Professorial Lecturer in Taxation at the Ateneo De Manila University. Joni is a PADI Certified Open Water Diver and is a fur parent to a miniature schnauzer named Arthur.
Karlo’s practice involves mainly criminal and civil litigation, including preparation of pleadings and appearances before different judicial bodies. In 2014, Karlo earned his bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines - San Juan. After graduating college, Karlo earned his Juris Doctor degree from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, in 2019. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in July 2020 and joined the firm October of the same year. In his personal time, Karlo likes to play competitive video and board games with his friends.

Possessing a great deal of creativity in problem-solving, he was tasked to handle businesses and their taxes as well as corporate legal transactions which are complex and involve multiple category of expertise, allowing him to hone and strengthen his precision and people skills. In 2014, Gerard earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology from the University of the East, Manila; he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Far Eastern University, Makati in 2018. Cristelle's practice focuses on providing legal advice and representation in the field of Labor, Commercial Law and Esports. With her passion for gaming, Cristelle has assisted clients relative to Esports contracting, licensing agreements, tournament rules and operations, sponsorships, and player representation. Cristelle received her bachelor's degree in Legal Management from the Ateneo De Manila University in 2016, with a minor in Enterprise Development, and her Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 2021. She was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Cristelle was trained at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) where she was part of the legal team handling matters related to non-enforcement litigation such as rendering SEC opinions, rulings, appeals and decisions. Additionally, she was a legal intern at the Legal Department of Taguig City where she collaborated with lawyers in addressing key local government issues raised before the court.
Miguel’s practice involves Civil and Criminal Litigation, Labor Dispute Resolution, and Corporate Law. Graduating with a degree in Political Economy and the Humanities from the University of Asia and the Pacific in 2016, Miguel integrates his experience on political, economic, and social issues into his practice. Miguel is a member of the Subic Bay Multisport Team and placed 6th in the 2022 Subic International Triathlon (SUBIT).

Anton earned his Political Science degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2017 and his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School in 2022. He took the November Bar Examinations in the same year and was admitted to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in May 2023. He joined the firm in the same month. He utilizes his training in writing and research in drafting and reviewing pleadings, contracts, opinions, memoranda, and the like. He also appears for hearings in courts of law and in government agencies, supported by the skills he learned from oral examinations and daily recitations from college and law school. As first and foremost a musician, not only does he perform songs, he also writes and produces them himself. In his free time, he plays a lot of action, role-playing, cooperative, and online shooter video games. At the end of the day, what he cherishes the most is spending time with his fiancée, family, friends, and pets.
Sofia’s practice is focused on civil and criminal litigation and corporate law. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from De La Salle University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Arellano University School of Law. She was admitted to the bar in 2023 and joined Tancinco & Mangco in the same year. Prior to joining the firm, Sofia interned and worked as an underbar associate in different firms in Metro Manila where her practice involved family law, taxation law, labor law, and civil and criminal litigation. During her free time, Sofia likes to swim, bike, run, read fiction, and tend to her vegetable and herb garden.

Known as Migz by his colleagues, his practice encompasses criminal and civil litigation as well as real property transfers, estate settlement, labor disputes and corporate management. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he was an associate at Dapat & Dapat Lawyers where he primarily handled family law cases. In 2022, Migz was appointed as the Head of the Legal Department of JAC Liner, Inc. and currently maintains his affiliation with TANCINCO & MANGCO as an of-counsel member. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in 2008 from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde with the course of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. He was working all through his law school life and he graduated from the College of Law of San Sebastian-Recoletos Manila in 2019. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020.
